Brain Body Balance or B³ is a form of Neuromuscular Therapy. It is a hands-on, soft tissue technique that facilitates neural feedback into blocked or injured parts of the body. The aim is to reset brain-to-body-feedback which helps to relieve muscle spasm, tension, restore joints and release pain and stress.
2. Suffer from repetitive strain injuries
Repetitive strain injuries, postural and ergonomic conditions are all thought to result in myofascial blockages also referred to as neuromuscular restrictions. Such restrictions can create abnormal strain, pulling skeletal bones out of proper alignment leading to a whole range of potential side effects.
3. Have pain & muscle tension
A directed pressure with a pulse-like signal is applied into the restricted muscle or connective tissue which helps to restore the tissue length relieving pain sensitive structures and restoring alignment and mobility. When body tension accumulates and sits in the body it may cause pain, body stress, stiffness, numbness or postural distortions.

FAQs
1. What should I wear?
You will remain fully clothed. Please wear something comfortable like yoga pants and a t-shirt. Something that is not too loose is ideal.
2. Is it painful?
Generally B³ is a gentle technique but how it is experienced depends on each person. Often the feeling can be “hurt so good” as we release trigger points in the body. Afterwards you can feel sensitive in the areas that we worked on for up to 72hrs.
3. What should I do after the session?
You could feel quite fatigued after a session especially if it’s your first one. Try to free up your schedule and allow yourself to take rest if needed. B³ will help the body to relax and it is optimal if you can take advantage of this. In a state of relaxation is when your body heals best. It is recommended to not take any pain medication after a session. Drinks lots of water and rest as much as you can. Give at least 3 days to let the session settle in your body.
