Membership Basics

Discounted monthly commitment

  • Members get 10% off all services and can book multiple times per month

  • Applies to all services except TCM & Shiatsu

  • Once-off registration fee: R770

  • Minimum commitment: 4 months

  • One calendar month written notice to cancel

  • Membership is for individual use only

Bookings & Cancellations

Online booking & cancellations

  • Payment confirms your appointment (due 24 hours before)

  • Cancellations 24+ hours before may be rescheduled

  • Same-day cancellations (on the day) are forfeited

  • The joining fee may be used as a credit for your final appointment if you want to cancel your membership

Flexibility & Pauses

Pause or transfer when needed

  • If you miss a month, a R770 payment applies

  • Use as credit for 2 appointments the following month, or

  • Gift/transfer the appointment

  • Credits expire if not used the following month

  • Once per year, pause your membership for up to 2 consecutive months (advance written notice)

 FAQs

 

  • You commit to at least one session per month at a discounted member rate for a minimum of four months.

  • You may reschedule with 24 hours’ notice. Same-day cancellations are forfeited.

  • Yes. Once per year, you may place your membership on hold for up to two consecutive months with written notice.

  • A basic payment or R770 applies and may be used as credit the following month for two appointments or gifted to someone else.

  • You may cancel after the minimum term (4 months) by giving one calendar month’s written notice via email or WhatsApp. Your joining fee may be used as a credit for your final appointment.
