Definitely not. Yoga is beneficial for anyone interested, stiff or flexible, fit or unfit. Working together, you will progress at your own level and in your own time, listening to your body, breath and mind. To stay motivated, it is important that you establish the right pace for yourself.

My background is mainly in Ashtanga Yoga and teaching practitioners to have their personal yoga practice. Private classes will not be limited to this style of yoga however. We can focus on a wide range of things such as mindfulness, meditation, pranayama, mobility, flexibility or strength work depending on what you wish to explore.
