Benefits of a yoga practice
Declutter the mind
The process of yoga clarifies our thought processes. When we are no longer fixated or averse to what arises in our awareness, we free up mental space and energy.
Inward focus
Yoga can be a source of support and strength for your everyday life. By practicing with awareness of breath in combination with the various yoga poses one can develop a sense of consciousness in both the body and the mind.
Feel more at peace
With the physical practice you will work up a sweat and improve your health but the real goal of yoga is to still your fluctuating mind and to feel more at peace within yourself and in the world around you.
“Sharline is one of the most expert level instructors I’ve studied under. Her knowledge of anatomy to access and unlock freedom within each student’s body is unsurpassed. Highly recommend!”
— Scott
“Do not miss an opportunity to practice with Sharline. Her guidance, encouragement and passion for this practice are true gifts to any student, regardless if you’re a beginner or have been practicing for many years.”
— Leslee

We can focus on a wide range of things such as mindfulness, meditation, pranayama, mobility, flexibility or strength work depending on what you wish to explore.
